Accommodation & Facilities

The guesthouse is an integral part of the monastic life at Christ the King Priory (Tororo Priory), a community of Missionary Benedictine monks of the Congregation of Saint Ottilien. Founded in the 1980s by Fr. John Neudegger, the priory embodies the Benedictine values of ora et labora — prayer and work — while extending warm hospitality to all.

Our simple yet comfortable accommodations reflect the monastic spirit: peaceful, modest, and conducive to reflection. Many pieces of furniture in the guesthouse — including beds, tables, and chairs — are handcrafted by students and instructors at the adjacent Benedictine Vocational Training Centre, showcasing the integration of skills development and community life.
